Jules Stein Institute, UCLA Our June's meeting was at the Jules Stein Eye Institute, UCLA on Friday, June 8, 2007. Our Keynote Speaker for this event was Neil Martin, MD, Chief, Division of Neurosurgery,UCLA School of Medicine. We also had a presentation from Rodney Dykehouse, CIO, UCLA Medical Center, and Hemang Patel from Microsoft. The higlight of our event was a Physician Panel consisting of Dr. Howard Belzberg, Associate Director of Trauma/Critical Care at LAC+USC Medical Center, Dr. John Mattison, Assistant Medical Director and Chief Medical Information Officer, Kaiser Permanente, Dr. Harris R. Stutman, Executive Director for Clinical Research and the Director for Clinical Informatics, Memorial Health, and Dr. Rick Ulene, Medical Director, Clinical Information Systems, Hoag Memorial Hospital.
