Speaker: Scott Cebula - VP of Information Services and CIO; Huntington Hospital

Topic: Vendor Management

Summary: Whether providing products, services or solutions, vendors are a necessity for the operation of a modern IT unit. Like any valuable resource, vendors bring an array of capabilities. However, they can also contribute to a range of complications. A great deal of attention has been dedicated to better managing the important areas IT oversees—areas such as financial resources, human resources, projects and change. As IT leaders, we must become equally adept at vendor management.
